Term limits for elected officials in Evanston?

Maybe after Tuesday, some in town will have had enough of the Machine and decide we should vote to put term limits in place for elected City officials!  ( two terms maximum )

A week ago I recieved a 3rd Flyer from the Tisdahl campaign - more of the same.

Today I recieved Liz Tisdahl flyer in the mail, it suggest she has creative budget solutions.
 

Residency of City employees not the answer for any Real Cost Savings!

Discussions on here are focusing on the residency of firefighters and police officers.  This is not the answer.

We do not need a 7th ward Alderperson who will not answer questions!

In todays debate at the Civic Center, Jane Grover when asked a question about Liz Tisdahl record as alderperson, declined to answer it.

At Saturday's budget hearing, one council claimed the reason she was not running is she was upset with the public speakers. She was also complaining they were not here to educate the speakers.

Does the city manager get it? Paying someone $80,000/yr to write a newletter!

In the Evanston Round table there is an add for a "Community Information Coordinator" working in the City Manager's Office.

What a bunch of Hypocritics - asking employees to cut their benefits and wages when they gave themselves a 20% raise and they can buy a blue cross PPO family coverage for $37 a month.
