Chava Wu, Chair of Woman's Club of Evanston, says the club opposes proposed sale of the city parking lot adjacent to the club's building. Says doesn't want to lose parking spaces and claims a new building would potentially damage the club's 104-year-old building.

Alderman Ann Rainey, 8th Ward, says would prefer to do it tonight at full City Council meeting.

City Manager Wally Bobkiewicz says he's concerned about the length of the agenda tonight -- given that there won't be a consent agenda from the A&PW meeting tonight.
