What's that new soliciting ordinance cover?

If you've been annoyed by people knocking on your door trying to sell you something, you can now tack a "No Soliciting" sign to the door in Evanston and have the law behind you.

"The Reporters" talk about what impact the ordinance adopted by City Council may actually have.
