Evanston police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect in an indecent exposure incident that happened Aug. 15 in the 1700 block of Maple Avenue downtown.

Evanston police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect in an indecent exposure incident that happened Aug. 15 in the 1700 block of Maple Avenue downtown.

Police say the suspect, shown in a surveillance video image, is wanted in connection with an incident that happened about 8:50 p.m. that day.

He’s described as a 5-foot-5-inch to 5-foot-7-inch tall Hispanice male weighing 150 to 160 pounds with a medium complexion.

He was wearing a Bears jersey and blue jeans.

Anyone knowing this subject or with information as the identity of this subject is asked to call the Evanston Police Detective Bureau at 847-866-5040 or submit information through the text a tip program by texting EPD TIP to  274637 (CRIMES) on any cell phone with texting capabilities.
