Yusuf Humphrey, 21, of 7068 N. Sheridan Road, Chicago, was arrested at 2003 Darrow Ave. at 9:51 p.m. Wednesday and charged with simple battery. He is due in court on May 21 at 10:30 a.m.
Burglary
1800 Lee
Someone entered a garage in the 1800 block of Lee Street through an unlocked door between 4:30 p.m. and 5:54 p.m. Sunday and stole three bicycles.
1800 Church
Someone broke an apartment window in the 1800 block of Church Street between 8:50 a.m. and noon on Thursday and stole an X-Box gaming system.
2100 Pioneer
Someone entered a garage in the 2100 block of Pioneer Road through an unlocked door between 9:30 p.m. Wednesday and 10:30 a.m. Thursday and stole a computer and an iPod.
1200 Judson
A breakin occurred of an unlocked 2007 Saab in an apartment parking lot in the 1200 block of Judson Avenue between 5:30 p.m. Sunday and midnight Monday. Cash was taken.
300 Dodge
Pry marks and damaged door handles Indicate an attempt to break into a park building in the 300 block of Dodge Avenue. Attempt was made between 7 p.m. Wednesday and 7:19 a.m. Thursday.

Graffiti was applied between 1:14 p.m. Sunday and 1:15 p.m. Monday at a park at Mulford Street and Florence Avenue.

1600 Sherman
Some cash and a jacket were taken from a locked gym locker in the 1600 block of Sherman Avenue between 10 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Wednesday.
600 South Boulevard
A Schwinn bike containing the etched initials "A.T." was taken from the backyard of an apartment//condo common area in the 600 block of South Boulevard between 10:55 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Saturday. Suspect is a 5-foot-4-inch-tall black male.
