Two persons–one on Seward Street, the other on Hartrey Avenue–have been arrested and charged with domestic battery.These stories in today’s daily crime bulletin from Evanston police.

Battery

823 Seward

Teddy L.Hardy, 38, of 823 Seward St., was arrested at that address at 4:22 a.m. today and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on Jan. 24 at 9:30 a.m.

1454 Elmwood

Robert A. Whyms, 45, of 1833 Hartrey Ave., was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 3:33 p.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
