Evanston police responded to three reports of gunshots and three bicycles stolen over the Easter weekend. These among the stories in today’s daily crime bulletin from Evanston police.

Battery

101 Clyde

Maximiliano Mancera-Soto, 38, of 101 Clyde Ave., was arrested at that address at 1:40 a.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on April 26 at 9:30 a.m.

2011 Grey

Ricardo J. Matthews, 36, of 2011 Grey Ave., was arrested at that address at 5:12 p.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on April 26 at 9:30 a.m.

Burglary

600 Chicago

Cash was stolen from a hair care shop in the 600 block of Chicago Avenue between 8:30 p.m. Friday and 8:50 a.m. Saturday.

Criminal Damage

1200 Main

Someone broke the window of a 2011 Buick in the 1200 block of Main Street between 10 p.m. Friday and 12:33 p.m. Saturday.

Drugs

2005 Darrow

Bruce Robert Carter, 52, of 1510 Darrow Ave., was arrested at 2005 Darrow Ave. at 7:32 p.m. April 7 and charged with possession of a controlled substance. He is due in court on May 24 at 9 a.m

2105 Howard

William I. Coronel, 22, of 6508 N. Claremont Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 2105 Howard St. at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday and charged with possession of cannabis.

200 Dodge

Robert L. Crayton, 39, of 1838 Hovland Ct., was arrested at 200 Dodge Ave. at 9:38 a.m. Friday and charged with possession of heroin with intent to deliver.

1255 Hartrey

Ricky Earl Clark, 23, of 8238 Kilbourn Ave., Skokie, was arrested at 1255 Hartrey Ave. at 4:40 p.m. Saturday and charged with obstructing identification. He is due in court on June 1 at 9 a.m.

4030 Oakton

Rockeem G. Clark, 24, of 8110 Knox Ave., Skokie, was arrested at 4030 Oakton St. at 7:04 p.m. Friday and charged with an alcohol ordinance violation. Also arrested was Virgil Mack Houston, 23, of 9463 Niles Center Road, Skokie, who was charged with unlawful use of a weapon. They are due in court on May 26 at 9 a.m.

1727 Lyons

Kevin M. J. Logan, 28, of 844 E. Capri, Palatine, was arrested at 1727 Lyons St. at 6:21 p.m. Saturday and charged with unlawful use of a weapon.

Shots Heard

Grey at Foster

Gunshots were reported near Grey Avenue and Foster Street at 12:24 a.m. Saturday. Police checked the area but found nothing.

2000 Dodge

Gunshots were reported in the 2000 block of Dodge Avenue at 10:17 p.m. yesterday. Police checked the area but found nothing.

Custer at Howard

Gunshots were reported near Custer Avenue and Howard Street at 3:08 a.m. Saturday. Police checked the area but found nothing.

Theft

800 Chicago

A 2017 Kia Sport vehicle was stolen from a rental car company in the 800 block of Chicago Avenue between March 7 and March 14.

1600 Chicago

A bicycle was stolen in the 1600 block of Chicago Avenue around 8:15 p.m. Friday.

1100 Chicago

A bicycle was stolen in the 1100 block of Chicago Avenue around 1 p.m. yesterday.

1000 Grove

A bicycle was stolen from a bike rack at the McGaw YMCA around 7:50 p.m. Friday.

2600 Central Park

Someone removed a “Black Lives Matter” sign from the yard of a home in the 2600 block of Central Park Avenue between noon Thursday and 12:45 p.m. Friday.

Traffic

Pioneer at Harrison

Katie M. Hardman, 45, of 1720 Central St., was arrested at Pioneer Road and Harrison Street at 7:08 p.m. Saturday and charged with driving under the influence. She is due in court on May 17 at 9 a.m.

Dewey at Emerson

Christine M. Jones, 35, of 1512 Grove St., was arrested at Dewey Avenue and Emerson Street at 11:49 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on May 17 at 9 a.m.

900 Brown

Nauman N. Karamali, 33, of 8524 Skokie Blvd., Skokie, was arrested at 900 Brown Ave. at 1:47 a.m. today and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on June 27 at 9 a.m.

1783 Howard

Quincy Michael Winston, 42, of 3122 S. Prairie Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1783 Howard St. at 5:22 p.m. Thursday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on May 5 at 9 a.m.
