Theft
1800 Church
Two bicycles locked to bike racks were stolen in the 1800 block of Church Street between 9:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
600 Forest
A bicycle left unattended in the 600 block of Forest Avenue was stolen between 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Saturday.
1700 Orrington
A bicycle secured to a bike rack in the 1700 block of Orrington Avenue was stolen between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Friday.
1700 Sherman
Someone removed contents from a purse in a restaurant in the 1700 block of Sherman Avenue between 12:15 p.m. and 2:46 p.m. yesterday.
Someone stole merchandise from the CVS Pharmacy in the 1700 block of Sherman Avenue around 6:51 p.m. yesterday.
2000 Brown
Someone took furniture from the yard of a home in the 2000 block of Brown Avenue between Aug. 20 and 5 p.m. Satutrday.
Burglary
2000 Washington
Someone accessed a home in the 2000 block of Washington Street around 3 a.m. Saturday. Nothing was reported missing.
1900 Washington
A bag with its contents and a television set were taken from a home in the 1900 block of Washington Street between midnight and 7:10 a.m. Saturday.
1400 Emerson
Someone smashed the windows of a 2012 Toyota in an apartment parking space in the 1400 block of Emerson Street between 5:30 p.m. yesterday and 7 a.m. today. Nothing was reported taken.
Shots Heard
1400 Grey
Gunshots were reported in the 1400 block of Grey Avenue at about 2:42 a.m. Saturday. Police checked the area but found nothing.
Traffic
Sheridan at Northwestern
Jesus Emmanuel Dominguez, 19, of 5841 N. Winthrop Ave., Chicago, was arrested at Sheridan Road and Northwestern Place at 11:10 p.m. Thursday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Sept. 20 at 10:30 a.m.
Dodge at Mulford
Toby B. Gilbert, 58, of 2526 W. Touhy Ave., Chicago, was arrested at Dodge Avenue and Mulford Street at 5:46 p.m. Friday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Sept. 20 at 9 a.m.
1222 Lee
Denise Heredia, 21, of 538 Custer Ave., was arrested at 1222 Lee St. at 9:35 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on Aug. 28 at 1:30 p.m.
Howard at Asbury
Luis H. Luna Cosme, 53, of 200 Ridge Ave., was arrested at Howard Street and Asbury Avenue at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Oct. 4 at 10:30 a.m.
