Evanston police arrested six persons since Friday charged with driving under the influence. These among stories in today’s daily crime bulletin.
Ricco D. Aiden, 50, of 2002 Darrow Ave., was arrested at 1222 Cleveland St. at 12:44 a.m. Monday and charged with driving under the influence.
Asbury at Crain
Amy A. Gyarmathy, 47, of 6160 N. Hamilton Ave., Chicago, was arrested at Asbury Avenue and Crain Street at 4:10 p.m. Friday and charged with driving under the influence.
Main at Chicago
Charles B. Owens, 37, of 8132 Keating Ave., Skokie, was arrested at Main Street and Chicago Avenue at 6:27 p.m. Saturday and charged with driving under the influence. He is due in court on Jan. 8 at 10:30 a.m.
A. Z. Pruitt, 83, of 150 N. Leamington Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 711 Madison St. at 11:42 p.m. Friday and charged with driving under the influence. He is due in court on Jan. 15 at 9 a.m.
Brandon Darrel Stewart, 35, of 2007 Jackson Ave., was arrested at 1027 Dodge Ave. at 2:45 a.m. Monday and charged with driving under the influence.
Andres Valle, 35, of 1335 S. 57th St., Cicero, was arrested at 1431 Ridge Ave. at 11:29 p.m. Saturday and charged with driving under the influence.
John A.Campisano, 31, of 4255 N. St. Louis Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1633 Oak Ave. at 1:10 a.m. Monday and charged with domestic battery.
James E. Collins, 63, of 1938 Dodge Ave., was arrested at 816 Church St. at 7:16 p.m. Saturday and charged with battery. He is due in court on Feb. 11 at 10:30 a.m.
Benjamin D. Frazier, 49, of 1415 Howard St., was arrested at that address at 8:08 p.m. Monday and charged with battery. He is due in court on Jan. 2 at 9:30 a.m.
Burglars accessed a 2019 Mini-Cooper in an apartment parking space in the 1400 block of Hinman Avenue between noon on Dec. 15 and 11:34 a.m. Saturday Nothing was reported missing..
A gaming system, food, collectibles, and miscellaneous merchandise was taken from an unlocked 2016 Land Rover in the 1100 block of Sheridan Road around 4:30 p.m. Monday.
Cash, credit and debit cards, and photo identification was stolen from a 2002 Mercedes and a 2016 Acura in the 2700 block of Park Avenue between 6:30 p.m. Friday and 6 a.m. Saturday.
A laptop computer was taken from an apartment in the 1100 block of Simpson Street between 5:30 a.m. on Dec. 15 and 2:35 a.m. Sunday.
Stereo equipment, a gaming system, jewelry, a tablet computer, clothing, and miscellaneous merchandise was taken from an unlocked home in the 2000 block of Pratt Court between 8 p.m. Thursday and 6:47 p.m. Monday.
Cash, photo identification documents, and credit and debit cards were taken from an unlocked 1999 Volvo in the 1900 block of Wesley Avenue between 9:30 p.m. Sunday and 7:40 a.m. Monday.
A window was broken at an apartment in the 2100 block of Sherman Avenue between 4:45 p.m. and 8:10 p.m. Monday.
Gianni F. Estes, 32, of 1400 Greenleaf St., Chicago, was arrested at 355 Ridge Ave. at 4:54 a.m. Sunday and charged with criminal trespass on real property. He is due in court on Feb. 11 at 9 a.m.
Otis M. Graham, 47, of 1458 Chicago Ave., was arrested at 1128 Chicago Ave. at 3:18 p.m. Sunday and charged with criminal trespass of real propoerty. He is due in court on Jan.15 at 9 a.m.
Alonzo M. Garner, 46, of 1233 Fowler Ave., was arrested at that address at 4:56 a.m. Monday and charged with violating an order of protection. He is due in court on Jan. 9 at 9:30 a.m.
Gunshots were reported in the 900 block of Sherman Avenue at 3:21 a.m. Sunday, Police checked the area but found nothng.
Foster at Darrow
Gunshots were reported at Foster Street and Darrow Avenue at 10:36 p.m. yesterday. Police checked the area but found nothing.
Joltic Flores, 18, of 2035 N. Tripp Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 2209 Howard St. at 1:38 p.m. Monday and charged with retail theft. He is due in court on Jan. 18 at 9 a.m.
Clothing items were stolen from a store in the 2200 block of Howard Street around 4:56 p.m. Sunday.
A 2011 black Infinity Q30 was stolen from the 800 block of Ridge Avenue between 4 p.m. Thursday and 2 a.m. Friday.
A package containing tools that was delivered to a home in the 700 block of Dewey Avenue was stolen around noon Saturday.
Copper wires were taken from a restaurant in the 600 block of Howard Street between 4:38 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Saturday.
A package delivered to a condominium in the 700 block of Mulford Street was stolen around 4:44 p.m. Saturday.
Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
