THEFT
100 Elmwood
A gray 2019 Toyota Highlander was stolen around 6 p.m. Sunday from the 100 block of Elmwood Avenue while left running with the keys inside.

1200 Florence
A red 2013 Ford Escape was stolen by unknown means from the 1200 block of Florence Avenue at about 8:30 a.m. Friday.

800 Hinman
A Mint Jamis Allegro bicycle secured to a bike rack was stolen from the 800 block of Hinman Avenue between Jan. 20 and 9 a.m. Wednesday.

Packages were taken from a residence in the 800 block of Hinman Avenue between 12:15 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. Saturday.

2700 Hurd
A cell phone was stolen from a school locker at Willard Elementary School around 5:09 p.m. Friday.

1900 Dempster
Alcoholic products were taken from Valli Produce in the 1900 block of Dempster Street around 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 4.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE
1700 Lyons
A window was broken at a residence in the 1700 block of Lyons Street between midnight and 11:16 p.m. Friday.

TRAFFIC
1200 Monroe
James Robert Collins, 52, of 1113 Maple Ave., was arrested at 1200 Monroe St. at 4:50 p.m. Friday and charged with driving under the influence.
