An accident on Ewing Avenue at the alley south of Central Street sent one person to the hospital this afternoon.
Evanston Now reader Dan Mennemeyer, who shot the photo, says the westbound van exiting the alley across from the 7-Eleven store collided with the southbound Honda passenger car about 3 p.m.
The driver of the car was taken by Evanston Fire Department paramedics to a local hospital.
