THEFT
1600 Sherman
Two incidents involving the theft of products containing alcohol were noted at the Target store in the 1600 block of Sherman Avenue, at 7:38 p.m. and again at 7:54 p.m. yesterday.
TRAFFIC
1321 Oakton
Maximiliano Mancera-Soto, 41, of 5632 Clark St., Chicago, was arrested at 1321 Oakton St. at 3:39 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation.
Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute an assumption of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Court in Skokie.
