More snow is forecast overninight.

The National Weather Service says light snow is expected to begin around 1 a.m. and will continue steadily until about 9 a.m.

So, it’s expected to be snowing during the morning commute — creating some messy conditions.

Total snowfall is expected to be around one to two inches., according to the Evanston Public Works Department, although the weather service says we could get up to three inches.

The Public Works overnight crew is prepared to begin operations as soon as road conditions require, says Assistant Public Works Director James Maiworm, who expects an all-day cleanup of the snow Wednesday.

No parking restrictions are expected.
