About 200 people rallied at the Fountain Square Veterans Memorial in Evanston this noon to protest the war in Iraq on the third anniversary of the start of the American invasion.

The rally was to be followed by a march through downtown to the Davis Street CTA station where some marchers planned to take the train to other anti-war events later in the day in Chicago.
