A window was found broken in an apartment common area in the 2600 block of Bennett Avenue around 1:30 a.m. yesterday.

Battery

510 South Boulevard

Raymond L. Williams, 21, of 510 South Boulevard, was arrested at that address at 11:19 p.m. yesterday and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on April 8 at 9:30 a.m.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
