ROBBERY
700 Hinman
An 18-year-old male victim told police he was robbed at gunpoint of $420 in the 700 block of Hinman Avenue at about 12:40 p.m. Sunday.

BATTERY
1307 Maple
Michelle T. Keating, 59, of 1307 Maple Ave., was arrested at that address at 6:12 p.m. Sunday and charged with domestic battery.

BURGLARY
1000 Maple
A burglar gained entry to an unlocked 2015 Toyota between 8 p.m. Saturday and 5:50 a.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of Maple Avenue. Nothing was reported taken.

1000 Washington
A burglar gained entry to an unlocked 2010 Toyota in the 1000 block of Washington Street between 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. Sunday and took cash.

2200 Maple
A burglar gained entry to a 2012 Ford in the 2200 block of Maple Avenue between noon Friday and 10:20 a.m. Sunday and took documents.

GRAFFITI
700 Florence
Graffiti was discovered on the street in the 700 block of Florence Avenue at 11:18 a.m. Friday.

Washington at Florence
Graffiti was discovered on the street near Washington Street and Florence Avenue at 12:11 p.m. Saturday.

1100 Washington
Graffiti was discovered on the street in the 1100 block of Washington Street at 11:55 a.m. Friday.

Dempster at Sherman
Graffiti was discovered on the street near Dempster Street and Sherman Avenue at 1:16 a.m. Friday.

1800 Central
Graffiti was discovered on the railroad overpass in the 1800 block of Central Street at 9:17 a.m. Saturday.

SHOTS HEARD
1500 Madison
Gunshots were reported in the 1500 block of Madison Street at 6:28 p.m. Saturday. Police checked the area but found nothing.

THEFT
2200 Oakton
Tools were taken from the Home Depot store in the 2200 block of Oakton Street at 1:49 p.m. Friday.

2400 Main
Miscellaneous items were stolen from Sam’s Club in the 2400 block of Main Street at 12:33 p.m. Sunday.

600 Chicago
Diapers were taken from the Walgreens Pharmacy in the 600 block of Chicago Avenue at 6:18 p.m. Saturday.

400 Dempster
Bicycles were stolen from the sidewalk in the 400 block of Dempster Street between 8:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Thursday.

1800 Sheridan
A bicycle was taken from a bike rack in the 1800 block of Sheridan Road between 5:30 p.m. Thursday and 8:18 a.m. Saturday.

800 Central
A white 2017 RDX SUV was stolen by unknown means from the 800 block of Central Street between 3:30 p.m. Thursday and 2 p.m. Friday.

1700 Darrow
A black 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee, with the key fob left inside the vehicle, was stolen  between 10:30 p.m. Thursday and 5:21 p.m. Friday

2485 Howard
Jack H. Pudzis, 37, of 1231 Prairie Drive, Algonquin, was arrested at 2485 Howard St. at 5:49 p.m. Saturday and charged with retail theft.

TRAFFIC
Dempster at McCormick
Linda Rose Templeton, 38, of 6436 N. Hamilton Ave., Chicago, was arrested at Dempster Street and McCormick Boulevard at 7:50 p.m. Saturday and charged with a traffic violation.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute an assumption of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place at Cook County 2nd District Court in Skokie.
