Burglary

600 Dempster

A burglar broke a window to enter a restaurant in the 600 block of Dempster Street shortly after midnight today and steal cash.

1400 Noyes

While the victim was distracted, a burglar entered a home in the 1400 block of Noyes Street around 2 p.m. yesterday and stole some jewelry.

Drugs

7535 Hoyne

Luis A. Aguilar-Romero, 25, of 7437 N. Damen Ave., was arrested at 7535 N. Hoyne Ave., Chicago, at 12:23 a.m. today and charged with possession of cannabis.

Other

1716 Oakton

Charles A. Chinn, 46, of 131 Asbury Ave., was arrested at 1716 Oakton St. at 7:31 p.m. yesterday and charged with littering on the public way. He is due in court on Dec. 8 at 9 a.m.

Theft

1500 Emerson

A 2008 International vehicle was stolen from a business parking lot in the 1500 block of Emerson Street between June 8 and 5:29 p.m. yesterday.

Traffic

2300 Nathaniel

Dawan D. Williams, 19, of 1806 Grey Ave., was arrested at 2300 Nathaniel Place at 11:46 p.m. Monday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Dec. 13 at 9 a.m.
