Jose Guadalupe Maldonado, 31, of 1622 Darrow Ave., was arrested at that address at 5:05 a.m. Monday. and charged with a violation of the city’s noise ordinance, which prohibits excessive noise between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. on weeknights.

2400 Howard

Someone took merchandise from a grocery store in the 2400 block of Howard Street without paying for it around 12:31 a.m. today.
