Arrests made on drugs, battery charges

Evanston police made an arrest for the manufacture and delivery of cannabis and for battery. These among stories in today’s daily crime bulletin.

Battery

1454 Elmwood

Doyoung Un, 26, of 1512 N. River Road West Court, Mount Prospect, was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 8:42 p.m. yesterday and charged with battery. He is due in court on April 14 at 1:30 p.m.

Drugs

1460 Pitner

Xavier Lamar Frye, 28, of 1549 W. Birchwood Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1460 Pitner Ave. at  8:24 p.m. Wednesday and charged with manufacture/delivery of cannabis. He is due in court on March 29 at 9 a.m.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
