Battery

1454 Elmwood

Doyoung Un, 26, of 1512 N. River Road West Court, Mount Prospect, was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 8:42 p.m. yesterday and charged with battery. He is due in court on April 14 at 1:30 p.m.

Drugs

1460 Pitner

Xavier Lamar Frye, 28, of 1549 W. Birchwood Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1460 Pitner Ave. at  8:24 p.m. Wednesday and charged with manufacture/delivery of cannabis. He is due in court on March 29 at 9 a.m.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
