The 31st edition of the Fountain Square Arts Festival will fill the streets on six blocks of downtown Evanston  this weekend.

Over 250 artists from around the country will display painting, sculpture, wood, glass ceramics, jewelry, fiber, watercolor, drawing, and mixed-media. In addition, the festival, sponsored by the Evanston Chamber of Commerce, has music, food, and fun for families and anyone with an appreciation for fine art.

More than 50,000 art aficionados and collectors are expected to attend

Festival hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

  1. Arts Festival

Once again, Ft Square Arts Festival brought in excellent artists. I was able to visit 2/3rds of the booths following my volunteer shift at the info booth, and purchased items from 4 artists. I only wish I’d had more time (and money)!
