12118 Parnell

Justin D. Neal-Guy, 24, of 1721 Ashland Ave., was arrested at 12118 S. Parnell Ave., Chicago, at noon yesterday and charged with aggravated battery. Related story.

1921 Grey

Paul Victor McGee, 64, of 1921 Grey Ave., was arrested at that address at 12:55 a.m. today and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on Jan. 30 at 9:30 a.m.

Theft

2200 Howard

A shoplifter took a cell phone from a store in the 2200 block of Howard Street around 1 p.m. Sunday.

2209 Howard

Marlon A. Perez, 21, of 3517 W. Shakespeare Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 2209 Howard St. at 6:15 p.m. yesterday and charged with retail theft. He is due in court on Feb. 25 at 9 a.m.
