A 46-year-old Dewey Avenue resident was arrested at the Jewel-Osco grocery store on Chicago

ASSAULT
1128 Chicago
Michael J. Burke, 46, of 2121 Dewey Ave., was arrested at the Jewel-Osco grocery store at 1128 Chicago Ave. at 7:15 p.m. Saturday and charged with assault after an altercation with staff and customers in the frozen food section at the rear of the store. He is due in court on March 9 at 9 a.m.
BATTERY
118 Keeney
Kristopher H. Bass, 34, of 624 Sheridan Road, was arrested at 118 Keeney St. at 5:25 a.m. Saturday and charged with battery. He is due in court on March 9 at 9 a.m.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE
1900 Asbury
Someone broke the rear window of a 2004 Pontiac in the 1900 block of Asbury Avenue at 5:38 p.m. Friday.
1800 Hovland
Scratches were made on the door and hood of a 2019 Subaru in the 1800 block of Hovland Court between 3 p.m. Thursday and noon on Friday.
OTHER
2108 Dewey
Rickiya C. Zachary, 29, of 2108 Dewey Ave., was arrested at that address at 5:34 a.m. Friday and charged with disorderly conduct for making a false call to the emergency 911 number.
TRAFFIC
1239 Emerson
Maureen Ellen Prais, 67, of 828 Judson Ave., was arrested at 1239 Emerson St. at 4:53 p.m. yesterday and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She is due in court on March 26 at 9 a.m.
