Someone broke out two glass panes in an attempt to enter a retail establishment in the 900 block of Elmwood Avenue. This among information in today’s daily crime bulletin from Evanston police.

Nothing was taken in a burglary attempt at a retail establishment in the 900 block of Elmwood Avenue between 3 p.m. Monday and noon yesterday. However, two glass panes were broken in the unsuccessful attempt.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
