Theft

600 Chicago

Baby formula and vitamins were taken from Walgreens Pharmacy in the 600 block of Chicago Avenue around 11:15 a.m. Monday.

1000 Emerson

A bicycle was stolen from the sidewalk in the 1000 block of Emerson Street between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. yesterday.

Traffic

1202 Maple

Ryan B. Barrett, 34, of 1014 Main St., was arrested at 1202 Maple Ave. at 2:45 a.m. yesterday and charged with driving under the influence. He is due in court on Sept. 17 at 10:30 a.m.

1224 Dempster

Jusabesed E. Gonzalez, 41, of 1719 W. 18th Place, Chicago, was arrested at 1224 Dempster St. at 3:15 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. A court date has been set for Oct. 5 at 10:30 a.m.

1902 Sheridan

Alexander M. Perryman, 32, of 1121 Fowler Ave., was arrested at 1902 Sheridan Road at 4:44 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Oct. 1 at 9 a.m.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
