Jordan Crawford pitched a complete game four hitter striking out 14 Niles North batters leading Evanston to a 4-1 victory over CSL crossover rival Niles North.

Evanston scored once in the second and third and twice in the fourth for their four runs.  Eli Otting, in his first varsity at bat, drove home Connor Hackett with a deep sacrifice fly to right field to get the Kits on the board in the second inning. Jeremias Delgado and James Hageman had two hits each for the Wildkits.

Evanston moves its record to 9-6 and 1-0 in the CSL. They play another cross conference foe in Deerfield at home Thursday at 4:45 p.m.
