Two proposals that have sparked controversy at recent City Council meetings are up for discussion again before aldermen tonight.
One is an update to the city’s comprehensive bike plan, which drew complaints from residents of a stretch of Davis Street last week.
The other is a proposed ban on single-use plastic shopping bags, which aldermen sent back to committee two weeks ago.
