Burglary

400 Barton

A pair of binoculars was stolen from a 2013 Ford parked, unlocked, in the driveway of a home in the 400 block of Barton Avenue between 5 p.m. Wednesday and 8:45 a.m. Friday.

1300 Dobson

Miscellaneous merchandise was taken from a 2006 Ford that was parked, unlocked, in the 1300 block of Dobson Street between 4 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Saturday.

500 Michigan

Someone cut the lock in an apartment storage area in the 500 block of Michigan Avenue between noon on Aug. 28 and 9:45 a.m. Friday and stole a red and yellow Cannondale bicycle.

1000 Hull

An attempt was made to enter an apartment in the 1000 block of Hull Terrace between 9 p.m. Thursday and 10:37 a.m. Friday.

Battery

2600 Ridge

Saeed J. Miller, 25, of 1111 Church St., was arrested at 2600 Ridge Ave. at 1:09 p.m. Thursday and charged with battery.

Criminal Damage

2200 Maple

Someone scratched the hood of a 2015 Nissan in a parking lot in the 2200 block of Maple Avenue between 8 p.m. Friday and 9:30 a.m. Saturday.

Criminal Trespass

1715 Maple

Xavier J. Richards, 26, of 3312 Hartzell St., was arrested at 1715 Maple Ave. at 10:43 p.m. Saturday and charged with trespass on real property. He is due in court on Oct. 4 at 9 a.m.

Drugs

625 Howard

Michael T. O’Malley, 26, of 3421 Park Place., was arrested at 625 Howard St. at 11:49 p.m. yesterday and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Graffiti

1000 South

Graffiti was discovered in the yard of a home in the 1000 block of South Boulevard at 7:17 a.m. Friday.

500 Ridge

Graffiti was discovered in the yards of two homes in the 500 block of Ridge Avenue at about 8:10 a.m. Friday.

Robbery

811 Dobson

Tristan Malik Nichols-Sanders, 18, of 811 Dobson St., was arrested at that address at 4:44 p.m. yesterday and charged with robbery.

Shots Heard

500 Michigan

Gunshots were reported in the 500 block of Michigan Avenue at 9:24 p.m. Friday. Police checked the area but found nothing.

Theft

1500 South

A package containing medical equipment that had been delivered to an apartment common area in the 1500 block of South Boulevard was stolen between 3:23 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. Friday.

200 Asbury

Vehicle parts were taken off a 2010 Toyota while parked in an apartment parking space in the 200 block of Asbury Avenue around 4 p.m. Saturday.

1200 Elmwood

All four tires and rims were removed from a 2017 Honda in the 1200 block of Elmwood Avenue between 9 p.m. Thursday and 6:50 a.m. Friday.

1700 Chicago

A purse, jewelry, and cell phone were among items taken from an apartment common area in the 1700 block of Chicago Avenue around 8 p.m. yesterday.

1900 Ridge

Credit cards were removed from a wallet at an apartment in the 1900 block of Ridge Avenue between 4:30 a.m. Sunday and 6:30 a.m. yesterday.

1800 Darrow

A recycling can was removed from the alley in the 1800 block of Darrow Avenue between 8 p.m. Saturday and 1:17 p.m. yesterday.

820 Church

Woodrow Rowe, 53, address unknown, was arrested at 820 Church St. at 10:18 a.m. Wednesday and charged with retail theft. He is due in court on Sept. 27 at 1:30 p.m.

2485 Howard

Michael A. Starcevic, 48, of 2837 Green leaf, Chicago, was arrested at 2485 Howard St. at 1:15 p.m. Friday and charged with retail theft. He is due in court on Sept. 13 at 9 a.m.

2450 Main

Debra Regina Tripp, 56, of 1821 Lemar Ave., was arrested at 2450 Main St. at 1:34 p.m. Friday and charged with retail theft.

2315 Main

Randy D. Brown, 26, of 1024 Abbott Lane, University Park, was arrested at 2315 Main St. at 7:28 p.m. Saturday and charged with a traffic violation.

433 Custer

Ricardo Garcia Reyes, 28, of 6228 N. Bell Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 433 Custer Ave. at 12:40 p.m. Saturday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Oct. 16 at 10:30 a.m.

2421 Dempster

Tameka M. Kirksey, 37, of 1627 Monroe St., was arrested at 2421 Dempster St. at 9:28 a.m. Wednesday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on Sept. 22 at 10:30 a.m.

Golf at Central Park

Suwat Korattana, 34, of 4825 N. Winchester Ave., Chicago, was arrested at Golf Road and Central Park Avenue at 7:36 p.m. Thursday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Sept. 22 at 10:30 a.m.

Dobson at Dodge

Trevon A. Marshall, 19, of 1914 Darrow Ave., was arrested at Dobson Street and Dodge Avenue at 2:19 a.m. Sunday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Sept. 29 at 10:30 a.m.

1300 Oakton

Taurino Martinez Muro, 51, of 3348 N. Karlov Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1300 Oakton St. at 8:25 a.m. Friday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Oct. 16 at 1:30 p.m.

1022 Ridge

Daniel J. McGarry, 34, of 1530 Lincoln St., was arrested at 1022 Ridge Ave. at 10:21 p.m. on Sunday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Oct. 4 at 10:30 a.m.
