Theft

1000 Grove

A black Fitbit device and keys were among items taken from a locker at the McGaw YMCA between 12:10 pm and 2 p.m. yesterday.

1500 Ridge

A briefcase, cash, keys, and documents were taken from the office of the St. Marks Episcopal Church in the 1500 block of Ridge Avenue between 10:30 a.m. and 11:10 a.m. yesterday.

1600 Sherman

Cash, keys, and credit cards were removed from a locker at a health club in the 1600 block of Sherman Avenue during the noon hour yesterday.

Other

1454 Elmwood

Doll Hayes, address unknown, was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 2:33 p.m. Tuesday and charged with failure to register as a convicted sex offender.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
