Connor J. Hackett, 19, of 8926 Central Park in Skokie, and Matthew J. Munro, 18, of 2621 Hartzell St., were arrested at 1105 Central St. at 3:30 a.m. Friday and charged with illegal consumption of liquor by a minor. They’re due in court at 9 a.m. Feb. 5.
