Beth Rae Harris, 31, of Delray Beach, FL, was arrested at 1623 Simpson St. at 2:10 p.m. Friday and charged with simple battery in connection with an incident whereby a victim was punched in the face. Harris is due in court on Feb. 9 at 9 a.m.
