Shazah Hussain, 48, of 7455 Kenneth in Skokie, was arrested the Sam's Club at 2450 Main St. at 3:45 p.m. Saturday and charged with retail theft for allegedly taking a cell phone case without paying for it. He's due in court at 9 a.m. June 10.
