Maurice Mansure McKenzie, 19, of 1735 Hartrey Ave., was arrested at Keeney Street and Sheridan Road on Monday at 1:34 a.m. and charged with illegal possession of liquor. He is due in court on Dec. 14 at 9 a.m.
