Paul Alexander Abbott, 47, of 1625 W. Howard St., Chicago, was arrested at Simpson Street and Central Park Avenue at 5:36 p.m. Wednesday and was charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Dec. 21 at 9 a.m.
