Brian Huston, chef and co-owner of Evanston’s Boltwood Restaurant, will be the guest chef at the Friends of Evanston Farmers Markets tent at the downtown Farmers Market tomorrow.
Huston will be working his culinary magic from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Friend’s tent in the southwest corner of the market, located adjacent to the Maple Avenue city parking lot.
Huston plans to cook some seasonal sweet potatoes during his demo, according to Friends officials.
