Boy, 12, robbed on Mulford

A 12-year-old boy, walking in the alley in the 900 block of Mulford Street, was accosted  by three robbers. This among stories in today’s daily crime bulletin from Evanston police.

Burglary

1300 Monroe

Bicycles were discovered missing at 7 a.m. yesterday from the garage of a home in the 1300 block of Monroe Street .

Criminal Trespass

1043 Darrow

Tracy S. Williams, 41, of 2121 Foster St., was arrested at 1043 Darrow Ave. at 8:48 a.m. yesterday and charged with criminal trespass to a residence. She is due in court on April 21 at 9 a.m.

Drugs

324 Hamilton

Brett A. Hetrick, 38, of 324 Hamilton St., was arrested at that address at 8:12 p.m. yesterday and charged with possession of meth.

Robbery

900 Mulford

A 12-year-old Evanston boy was accosted by three robbers as he walked in an alley in the 900 block of Mulford Street  at about 5 p.m. yesterday. They demanded that the victim empty his pockets.

Shots Heard

500 Sheridan

Gunshots were reported in the 500 block of Sheridan Road at 8:38 p.m. yesterday. Police checked the area but found nothing.

Theft

1600 Chicago

Food was stolen from a grocery store in the 1600 block of Chicago  Avenue at about 2:26 p.m. yesterday.

1800 Oak

A purse left unattended on a sidewalk in the 1800 block of Oak Avenue was stolen at about 11:04 p.m. yesterday.

Traffic

8400 McCormick

Alejandro Montoya, 22, of 1911 Touhy Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 8400 McCormick Blvd. at 5:55 p.m. Tuesday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on March 28 at 10:30 a.m.

2103 Ridge

Tracy D. Robinson, 29, of 122 157th  St., Calumet City, was arrested at 2103 Ridge Ave. at 1:51 a.m. today and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on May 5 at 9 a.m.

540 Sheridan

Nicole B. Schade, 34, of 4922 N. Hoyne Ave., was arrested at 540 Sheridan Road at 3:07 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on May 5 at 10:30 a.m.

1600 Dodge

Darnisha A. Tucker, 25, of 2307 Foster St., was arrested at 1600 Dodge Ave. at 7:20 p.m. Monday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on April 21 at 9 a.m.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
