Here's a recap of our live coverage of tonight's Evanston City Council Planning and Development Committee meeting. Only one item is left on the agenda for tonight -- a vacation rental licens for 1827 Dobson St.
A proposal for another vacation rental -- at 710 Madison St. -- has been withdrawn from the agenda.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:15 p.m.

Alderman Ann Rainey, 8th Ward, says staff doesn't provide a copy in the packet of the letter to neighbors.
Rainey says some of the people on the city's list have been dead or years.
Says it doesn't appear that the measurement makes sense.
Owner says she lives elsewhere but has an office on the property.
Rainey says council needs to have a discussion about whether it wants that sort of operation as a vacation rental.
Rainey says she thinks the council should approve this proposal, but is concerned about getting some further revisions to the ordinance.
Approved 6-1. Fiske votes no.
