A 3.2 – Granular materials contract for water and sewer operations. Approved.

A 3.3 – Harris Maintenance contract for utility billing software. Approved.

A 3.4 – Water meter purchase contract. Approved.

A 3.5 – Tallmadge light poles and fixtures purchase. Approved.

A 3.6 – Backup building inspection and plan review contract. Approved.

A 3.7 – Wentworth Tire Service contract. Approved.

A 4 – Sidwalk cafe for Peet's Coffee & Tee, 1622 Chicago Ave. Approved.

A 5 – Grnat from affordable housing fund to the Handyman Program. Approved.

A 6 – Special events calendar. Approved.

A 7 – Massage establishment licensing ordinance.

Aldlerman Peter Braithwaite asks about concerns regarding a massage business near the corner of Church Street and Dodge Avenue.

Police Cmdr. James Pickett says he doesn't have any specific update on that.

Ordinance approved for introduction.

A 8 & A 9 – Change of liquor license for Hilton Orrington to reflect ownership change. Approved (for introduction and for immediate action tonight).

A 10 – New liquor license for Twice & Thrice … LuLu's, Taco Diablo, and Five & Dime … 1026 Davis St. Approved for introduction.

A 11 & A 12 – Change of liquor license for Flat Top Grill because of ownership change.  Approved (for introduction and for immediate action tonight).

A 13 – Liquor license for The Funky Monk, 618-1/2 Church St. Approved for introduction.

A 14 & A 15 – Change of liquor license class for Sketchbook Brewing, 821 Chicago Ave.   Approved (for introduction and for immediate action tonight).
