A 3.5 – Windmill demolition contract $22K. Approved.

A 3.7 – Line of Credit renewal $2.2 million with FB&T. Approved.

A 3.8 – Opening Harley Clarke mansion for one-day to let interested parties tour the facility.

Alderman Eleanor Revelle, 7th Ward, says there have been a number of requests from groups interested in putting together a proposal for an adaptive reuse of the building and grounds. Want to tour to get better sense of what it would cost to refurbish the building. One-time-only opportunity. Says should be by advanced registration only.


A 4 – Easement with MWRD for four existing storm sewers.  Approved.
