Payroll and bills. Approved.

A 3.1 – Parking enforcement vehicle purchase. To replace one totaled in an accident. $20,224. Approved.

A 3.2 – Cisco hardware and software purchase $40K, and equipment rental from Centrics IT $5.5K. Approved.

A 3.3 – Change order to architect contract for Howard Street Theatre. $12K increase. Approved 4-1. Miller votes no.

A 3.4 – Sheridan Road construction engineering contract, phase III with Christopher B. Burke Engineering. $980K. Approved.

A 4 – Local agency agreement for IDOT funding for Sheridan Road project. Approved.

A 5 – Lease agreement with postal service for parking in Maple Aveneu garage. Two year lease. $121K projected revenue. Approved.

A 6 – Approving settlement in Rattray v. City, et.al. $150K payment. Approved.

A 7 – Removing requirements for certain businesses from city code…. auto repair shops and retail price listing. Approved.

A 8 – Regulation of personal wireless telecommunication facilities in the public right of way. Approved.

A 9 – Removing parking meters in various locations. Approved.

A 10 – Reducing Sheridan Road speed limit from 30 to 25 mph. Approved.

A 11 – Decrease liquor license for closure of Red Robin Express. Approved.

A 12 – Liquor license for Asian Cajun Too. Approved.

A 13 – Liquor license for The Caterist. Approved.

A 14 – Liquor license for North Shore Cider. Approved.

A 15 – Liquor license for Studio 5. Approved.

A 16 – Liquor license for Sam's Chicken & Ribs. Approved.

A 17 – Liquor license for Meta Wine. Approved.

A 18 – New class W liquor license category. Approved.
