The owner of the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant on Maple Avenue in downtown Evanston is planning to fly the coop to Old Orchard.

John Weller tells Chicago Business he’s swapping the 8,500 square foot Evanston space for a 10,000 square foot spot in the Skokie mall that formerly was the site of Champps Americana.

Church Street Plaza owners say they’re confident they’ll find a nice new tenant for the Evanston space.
