Evanston police arrested a man early this morning after finding a bullet in his backpack. That’s one of the items in today’s daily crime bulletin.

Foster at Wesley

Fabian T. Guy, 22, of 1940 Wesley Ave., was arrested at 12:45 a.m. today at Foster Street and Wesley Avenue and charged with possession of ammunition without having a firearm owner’s identification card.

When officers stopped the car at Foster and Wesley, Dugan says, they detected the odor of burned cannabis and saw some loose cannabis on the pants of the front seat passenger.
