Criminal Damage
1200 Oakton
Someone damaged the security light covering at the garage of a home in the 1200 block of Oakton Street between 9:35 a.m. Wednesday and 9:35 a.m. yesterday.
1900 Keeney
The passenger door of a 2010 Volkswagen was keyed between 8 p.m. Wednesday and 7:30 a.m. yesterday.
Shots Heard
Emerson at Grey
Gunshots were reported near Emerson Street and Grey Avenue at 12:20 a.m. today. Police checked the area but found nothing.
Theft
600 Lake
A gray Cannondale touring bicycle was stolen from a bike rack in the 600 block of Lake Street between 7:50 p.m. and 9 p.m. yesterday.
2485 Howard
Randall F. Papierski, 26, of 12423 S. Ada St., Calumet Park, was arrested at 2485 Howard St. at 12:07 p.m. yesterday and charged with retail theft. He is due in court on Oct. 31 at 9 a.m.

Cano Silvia Olvera, 28, of 5924 N. Maplewood Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 101 Asbury Ave. at 3:30 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on Nov. 9 at 10:30 a.m.
1702 Chicago
Cassie H. Peterson, 45, of 851 W. Gunnison St., Chicago, was arrested at 1702 Chicago Ave. at 12:08 a.m. today and charged with driving under the influence. She is due in court on Nov. 22 at 10:30 a.m.
1627 Orrington
Jaime Tellez, 29, of 7500 N. Ridge Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1627 Orrington Ave. at 2:30 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Nov. 2 at 9 a.m.
