Jackie M. Siegel, 35, of 2918 W. Farragut Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 2051 Howard St. at 4:45 p.m. yesterday and charged with possession of a controlled substance. She is due in court on July 26 at 10:30 a.m.

Johnny L. Milsap, 42, of 7053 W. Beckett Ave., Milwaukee, was arrested at Evanston police headquarters at 10:41 a.m. Monday and charged with financial exploitation of the elderly. He is due in court on July 11 at 10:30 a.m.

A beret was taken from a victim on a bus in the 500 block of Church Street at 12:48 p.m. yesterday.

Laura C. Aiello, 34, of 400 Green Bay Road, Glencoe, was arrested at 600 Madison St. at 1:14 a.m. today and charged with driving under the influence. She is due in court on July 23 at 9 a.m.
