A car ended up wrapped in the cables of the guard rail when it went off Sheridan Road at Edgemere Court in Evanston shortly after 10 o’clock this morning.
No one was hurt in the accident, but Evanston police say the driver of the car, a 56-year-old Chicago man, was issued citations for no proof of insurance and driving too fast for conditions.
