2100 Brummel

A car left running with the keys inside was stolen yesterday around 10 p.m. in the 2100 block of Brummel Street.

200 Ridge

Packages delivered to an apartment building in the 200 block of Ridge Avenue were stolen around 3:20 p.m. Saturday.

200 Asbury

Packages delivered to a home in the 200 block of Asbury Avenue were stolen around 3 p.m. on Feb. 18.

500 Elmwood

A catalytic converter was removed from a 2010 Honda in the 500 block of Elmwood Avenue around 10:45 a.m. Saturday.

1600 Sherman

Household goods were taken from the Target store in the 1600 block of Sherman Avenue around 3:30 p.m. Friday.

BATTERY

1900 Asbury

A 26-year-old woman’s face was cut by an acquaintance after an altercation in the 1900 block of Asbury Avenue around 11 a.m. Friday.

BURGLARY

1400 Hinman

A bicycle was taken from a garage in the 1400 block of Hinman Avenue between noon Friday and 11:30 a.m. Saturday.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

600 Sheridan

Someone broke a vestibule window of a building in the 600 block of Sheridan Road between 9 p.m. Friday and 10 p.m. Saturday.

1800 Hartrey

A window was broken at a home in the 1800 block of Hartrey Avenue between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. yesterday.

DRUGS

101 Asbury

Lorenzo A. Barrera, 30, of 2328 N. Austin Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 101 Asbury Ave. at 5:40 p.m. Saturday and charged with manufacture or delivery of cannabis.

1529 Oakton

Rodolf J. Bacette, 26, of 2125 Cleveland St., was arrested at 1529 Oakton St. at 4:45 a.m. yesterday and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

GRAFFITI

2300 Colfax

Graffiti with black paint was discovered on a building in the 2300 block of Colfax Street at 11:35 p.m. Saturday.

2500 Orrington

Graffiti with black paint was discovered on a building in the 2500 block of Orrington Avenue around midnight Saturday.

2600 Orrington

Graffiti with black paint was discovered on a building in the 2600 block of Orrington Avenue around midnight Saturday.

Lincoln at Sheridan

Graffiti with black paint was discovered on a building near Lincoln Street and Sheridan Road around midnight Saturday.

600 Lincoln

Graffiti with black paint was discovered on a building in the 600 block of Lincoln Street around 11:30 p.m. Saturday.

SHOTS HEARD

Darrow at Foster

Gunshots were reported near Darrow Avenue and Foster Street at 8:47 p.m. Saturday. Police checked the area but found nothing.

TRAFFIC

1200 Foster

Kellen Jackson, 37, of 2024 Wesley Ave., was arrested at 1200 Foster St. at 3:55 p.m. Saturday and charged with a traffic violation.

500 Chicago

Natalie N. Ramos, 27, of 2911 N. Monitor, Chicago, was arrested at 500 Chicago Ave. at 8:48 a.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation.

1711 Ridge

Yuzhou Wang, 37, of 3408 S. Lituanica Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1711 Ridge Ave. at 3:55 p.m. Saturday and charged with a traffic violation.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute an assumption of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Court in Skokie.
