Theft

1000 Davis

A black 2013 Hyundai, left running in the 1000 block of Davis Street, was stolen around 6:25 p.m. yesterday.

800 Chicago

License plates were removed from a 1997 Lexus in a business parking lot in the 800 block of Chicago Avenue around 3 p.m. on Oct. 30.

1600 Sherman

Clothes were taken from a retail establishment in the 1600 block of Sherman Avenue between 3:15 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Friday.

1700 Oak

 A laptop computer that had been delivered to an apartment common area in the 1700 block of Oak Avenue was stolen between Oct. 28 and 2:54 p.m. Friday.

2600 Ridge

Cash, left unattended at a medical office in Evanston Hospital, was stolen between 4:40 p.m.  Thursday and 3:19 p.m. Friday.

1700 Sherman

Cash was removed from someone’s purse at a restaurant in the 1700 block of Sherman Avenue between 1:30 p.m.  and 5:06 p.m. Friday.

Battery

2007 Dodge

Danielle M. Jackson, 38, of 2007 Dodge Ave., was arrested at that address at 2:30 a.m. Saturday and charged with domestic battery. She is due in court on Nov. 8 at 9 a.m.

Steven R. Roebuck, 48, of 7340 N. Damen Ave., was arrested at 2007 Dodge Ave. at 2:30 a.m. Saturday and charged with domestic battery.  He is due in court on Nov. 8 at 9:30 a.m.

1504 Greenleaf

Reggie W. Washington, 30, of 12729 S Wallace Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 1504 Greenleaf St. at  2:02 p.m. Wednesday and charged with aggravated domestic battery.

Burglary

2100 Emerson

Someone accessed a 2016 Jeep in the 2100 block of Emerson Street between noon yesterday and 6 a.m. today, but nothing was reported taken.

Dobson at Grey

Documents were reported taken from an unlocked 2010 Mazda between 9 p.m. Thursday and 8:20 a.m. Friday at Dobson Street and Grey Avenue.

1300 McDaniel

Someone damaged the passenger window to gain access to a 2003 Honda in the 1300 block of McDaniel Avenue around 7:20 p.m. Saturday and took stereo and computer equipment.

1800 Ashland

Someone entered a residential garage in the 1800 block of Ashland Avenue between 11 p.m. Friday and 8:30 a.m. Saturday through an open door and stole a bicycle.

Shots Heard

1400 Grey

Gunshots were reported in the 1400 block of Grey Avenue at 10:28 p.m. Saturday. Police checked the area but found nothing.

900 Brummel

Gunshots were reported in the 900 block of Brummel Street at about 12:45 a.m. Saturday. Police checked the area but found nothing.

Traffic

1800 Monroe

Demitri R. Hall, 23, of 1806 Dempster St., was arrested at 1800 Monroe St. at 6:11 p.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Dec. 15 at 9 a.m.

231 Main

Jose Arrieta, 19, of 1130 N. Laramie Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 231 Main St. at 11:50 p.m. Friday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Dec. 1 at 9 a.m.

920 Ridge

Kevin A. Ball, 39, of 2349 W. Lunt Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 920 Ridge Ave. at 2:43 p.m. Friday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Dec. 1 at 1:30 p.m.

Sheridan at Noyes

Phillip C. Brown, 57, of 8939 S. Hermitage Ave., was arrested at Sheridan Road and Noyes Street at 1:40 a.m. Saturday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Dec. 8 at 9 a.m.

1501 Central

Ruban S. Dhaliwal, 27, of 346 W. 29th Place, Chicago, was arrested at 1501 Central St. at 3:20 a.m. Saturday and charged with driving under the influence.

1320 South Boulevard

Kenneth Jones, 46, of 741 Howard St., was arrested at 1320 South Boulevard at 6:40 p.m. Friday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Dec. 1 at 9 a.m.

900 Sheridan

Jhoan S. Pazmin, 23, of 273 Berkshire Lane, Sugar Grove, was arrested at 900 Sheridan Road at 12:32 a.m. yesterday and charged with a traffic violation.

1109 Wesley

James W. Sanders, 39, of 1406 Elmwood Ave., was arrested at 1109 Wesley Ave. at 12:06 p.m. Friday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Dec. 1 at 1:30 p.m.
