Evanston police say a hit-and-run driver struck multiple parked cars in the 200 block of Asbury Avenue around 3:30 this morning.
Witnesses say the driver of the small white car that hit them was a tall male with big hair.
There was also a female passenger in the car, and the witnesses say it appeared she may have been injured in the crash.
