600 Mulford

Someone removed cash from washers and dryers in the laundry room of an apartment complex in the 600 block of Mulford Street between 9 a.m. on Jan. 22 and 6:53 p.m. yesterday.

1700 Sherman

Miscellaneous merchandise was stolen from a pharmacy in the 1700 block of Sherman Avenue around 6:15 p.m. yesterday.

1600 Sherman

Miscellaneous merchandise was taken from two stores in the 1600 block of Sherman Avenue yesterday afternoon.

600 Grove

Clothing items were taken from an apartment common area in the 600 block of Grove Street between Jan. 1 and 11:22 a.m. Friday.

1000 Grove

A wallet was taken while unsecured from the McGaw YMCA in the 1000 block of Grove Street around 5 p.m. Friday.

1100 Chicago

A shoplifter took food from a grocery store in the 1100 block of Chicago Avenue around 1:15 p.m. yesterday.

1640 Chicago

Debra L. Crestoni, 66, of 1510 Greenwood St., was arrested at 1640 Chicago Ave. at 3:46 p.m. Friday and charged with retail theft. She is due in court on March 12 at 10:30 a.m.


1100 Oak

A burglar accessed an unlocked 2004 Honda in the 1100 block of Oak Avenue between noon Wednesday and 7:30 a.m. Friday.

Criminal Damage

2400 Main

Someone intentionally kicked the driver’s side mirror of a 2012 Ford in a business parking lot in the 2400 block of Main Street around 6:43 p.m. Saturday.

Emerson at Crawford

Someone intentionally rammed the driver’s door of a 2004 Cadillac near Emerson Street and Crawford Avenue around 9:30 a.m. Friday.

Criminal Trespass

1022 Central

Kendrix R. Cooper, 38, address unknown, was arrested at 1022 Central St. on Friday at 5:55 a.m. and was charged with trespassing on real property. He is due in court on Feb. 25 at 10:30 a.m.


200 Asbury

Christopher L. Rucker, 32, of 1119 Sherman Ave., was arrested at 200 Asbury Ave. at 8:15 a.m. yesterday and charged with possession of a controlled substance.


1812 Darrow

Phuong Nguyen Le, 59, of 1812 Darrow Ave., was arrested at that address at 4:20 p.m. yesterday and charged with disorderly conduct. He is due in court on March 21 at 9 a.m.

Shots Heard

Mulford at Callan

Gunshots were reported near Mulford Street and Callan Avenue at 4 p.m. yesterday. Police checked the area but found nothing.


1829 Dempster

John Reginald Terry, 58, of 1119 Sherman Ave., was arrested at 1829 Dempster St. at 11:56 p.m. Saturday and charged with driving under the influence. He is due in court on March 12 at 10:30 a.m.
