Cash was removed from a purse at Aldi’s grocery store in the 2200 block of Oakton Street between 3:50 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. Wednesday.

400 South Boulevard

A bicycle part was removed from a bicycle in the 400 block of South Boulevard between 10 p.m. Wednesday and .6 a.m. yesterday.

2100 Green Bay

A shoplifting took place at Wagreens Pharmacy in the 2100 block of Green Bay Road around 6 p.m. yesterday.

Battery

1322 Fowler

Destinae DuBois, 20, of 1322 Fowler Ave., was arrested at that address at 2:20 a.m. today and charged with domestic battery. She is due in court on July 25 at 9:30 a.m.

Burglary

900 Madison

A laptop computer was stolen from a home in the 900 block of Madison Street between 10:15 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. yesterday.

Other

915 Davis

Brandon A. Anderson, 26, of 8320 S. Carpenter, Chicago, was arrested at 12:39 a.m. today at 915 Davis St. and charged with disorderly conduct when, police said, he refused to get off a train at the Metra station. He is due in court on Aug. 14 at 9 a.m.
