700 Hinman

Burglars entered an unlocked 2010 Toyota in the 700 block of Hinman Avenue between 3:30 p.m. Friday and 6:45 a.m. yesterday and stole cash.


1454 Elmwood

Adrienne Y. Arnold, 36, of 3360 Crain Ave., Skokie, was arrested at Evanston police headquarters Friday at 4:21 p.m. and charged with assault. She is due in court on March 28 at 1:30 p.m.


825 Asbury

Erica N. Cudia, 37, of 2104 Auburn St., Rockford, was arrested at 825 Asbury Ave. at 2:20 a.m. today and charged with possession of a controlled substance. 


1800 Central

Graffiti was discovered at a retail establishment in the 1800 block of Central Street at 9:30 a.m. yesterday.


Asbury at Main

Keith R. Neal, 48, of 5225 N. Kenmore Ave., Chicago, was arrested at Asbury Avenue and Main Street at 2:20 a.m. today and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on March 28 at 9 a.m.

Incidents listed appear among the official reports of the Evanston Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt, which can only be determined by a court of law. Court appearances take place in Cook County 2nd District Circuit Court in Skokie.
